We are Ke Te Kreus (pronounced ’kay tay cruise’) an Anglo/Catalan band based in the PO.

If you are having a party or a special celebration how about booking a band that will make it go with a swing. We play a range of good rock/pop covers by the Rolling Stones, the Pretenders, Beatles, Santana etc. as well as popular French numbers, including the Catalan anthem l’Estaca. Mare Nostrum Musicae (formed in 1995) is a group of professional musicians, all living in Languedoc Roussillon or Catalonia (north & south). 

The artistic director is François Ragot, the Ceret-born cellist with an international reputation.

They are supported by the association FCPC (Formations de Chambre des Pays Catalans) which, based in Céret, was formed in 2007 to ensure that people in the Pyrenees Orientales have the opportunity to hear, for an affordable price, classical music played by world class musicians.

François and Mare Nostrum Musicae also play with a number of other orchestras and ensembles both in the PO and elsewhere.

Based in Céret, the Orchestre de Catalogne works in association with the Orchestre National de Montpellier.

They organise between 15 to 20 concerts a year in the P.O. Many of their members are English speaking.
