In December 2009, Frank, of Papallonas fame, aided and abetted by Cyrille, opens his new restaurant in the heart of Perpignan!!
The food is Argentinean, plenty of meat, grills and imaginative dishes with a South American/Spanish/Italian theme. Frank’s innovative culinary skills teamed with Cyrille’s front of house experience guarantee a warm welcome to all old Papallonas customers as well as new clients in search of exciting gourmet fare at reasonable prices.
The wine list will include carefully chosen Argentinean and Chilean wines as well as familiar local Roussillon choices.
Perfectly situated in Rue Jean Payra, the road from the Pont Joffre to the Galleries Lafayette and the Castillet, backing onto the Mediator and surrounded by easy parking.
