Robert Kenny Smith has a new exhibition of paintings and limited edition prints at “El Taller” restaurant, Taurinya ( 4k from Prades). New works include images with movement, strength and colour based on the U.S.A.P. team.
Robert was initially inspired to paint rugby figures when he lived in the Scottish Borders where rugby is extremely popular. He could not resist returning to this theme having followed the success of the U.S.A.P. team this year!!
The exhibition runs from 16th July – 14th August. The building of this recently opened restaurant is a striking feature of the village. The restaurant, with its inspired cuisine and friendly atmosphere created by the staff, has proved to be very popular – especially with the English speaking community in the region. As well as holding exhibitions El Taller also has a programme of cultural events and sells a small range of local products.
