P-O LIFE 40 IS ONLINE!

Yabadabbadooooo!

P-O Life 40 is online!

P-O Life 40 is now online and downloadable from the website. It might take a minute or two to download but that’s because, once again, it is jam packed with exciting stuff.

If, like me, you prefer the paper version, you will be able to pick it up from all the usual places around the region from the 1st June (a little later in some places, depending upon how quickly we get there, but worth waiting for Embarrassé) onwards.

As our budget limits us to printing 9,000 copies, you many already have noticed that they disappear very quickly. We suggest you ’order’ one to be saved at one of the main tourist offices, or at one of our advertisers, most of whom stock the mag and will be happy to put one aside for you.

Bisou and PO LifeCopies can be found in Leroy Merlin, the Palais des Congrès, all main tourist offices, various restaurants and shops around the region, most Intermarchés and Carrefours, the FNAC in Perpignan, La Noisette café and Lidl (new) in Argelès, Café des Artistes in Laroque, Au bon coin bar-resto in Céret, (opposite the boule ground) and of course chez many of our advertisers.

If there are none left, please ask so that they can ring us and we can take in more.

MORE DETAILS ON WHERE TO FIND THE LITTLE RASCAL

And yes, you might notice that we have got rid of the ’What’s On’ section in this edition. It’s so difficult to obtain sound advance information on the many summer events and festivals in the P-O, that we have decided not to risk giving you duff data, and sending you on a wild goose chase. Instead, we continue to post a detailed events listing here on the website, so don’t forget to pop in for a daily peek at the myriad of entertainment around the region

As usual, PO Life brings you walks, restaurant reviews, recipes, airport news, French and English language exercises, silly jokes, day’s out...... and a host of talented guest writers who have volunteered to be your personal guides around the region. My grateful thanks to them all - they are what make P-O Life special!

Please continue to support our advertisers wherever possible as we depend solely on this revenue to cover production and printing.

In order to keep up the high standard of content for which P-O Life has become renowned, we are always looking for writers, jounalists, researchers, photographers, web designers and technicians, ideas people.... to help us make sure that each editon continues to be better than the last. Not professionals of course. Oh no.....We can’t afford to pay you in anything but wine or the occasional dinner out. We are just looking for people like you who would enjoy being involved, maybe you have ideas for great articles, would be interested in representing us at press conferences, would be happy to copy read the final versions and catch those little errors that I awayls seam too myss, maybe you’re just interested in how it all works....

As always, thank you so much for supporting P-O Life.

Without you, we would quite simply not exist.
